Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to the purchase of digital investment certificates on the Click & Rent platform.
1. Digital Nature of Our Products
All investment certificates offered on our platform are digital goods delivered electronically upon confirmation of payment. Due to their intangible nature, all sales are final and non-refundable.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment or billing errors
- Technical failure on our platform that prevents delivery of the certificate
- Fraudulent transactions (subject to investigation)
Each request will be reviewed individually. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund claims at our discretion.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the above exceptions, please contact us within 7 days of purchase by email:
- Your full name
- Order ID or transaction reference
- Clear explanation of the issue

4. Processing Time
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to block access to your account and report the case to relevant payment authorities.

This policy may be updated at any time. We recommend reviewing it periodically for changes.
